Honorific prefixes

@AviationEnzo, I preferred your edit removing "His Excellency" from the infobox's honorific prefixes. "Excellency" is a spoken style only, and it seems inappropriate to write it next to "The Most Reverend" which is the written style. I think we should enact this project-wide.
