Someone got a little hasty in updating this article. The only college team Jones has actually played for is Notre Dame. As of today, it is reported he is transferring to NIU. However, he has certainly not played for them. He may never make the NIU team. Wikipedia is not a crystal ball and we need to stick to the facts as reported by reputable sources. I'm changing the article to reflect the actual status as of today. Johntex\talk19:02, 15 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Reference 2 in this article says he intends to play next year. It was reported on SportsCenter tonight that he left the team in a hurry because he was facing a deadline. If he did not quickly leave ND and enroll in NIU, then he would not have been eligible to play in 2008 and he would have had to sit out a year. Johntex\talk06:39, 16 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]
