general demethylation reaction

The current written scheme (see below) is not entirely correct, as only one of the two possible mechanisms includes formation of a hydroxymethyl intermediate. IMHO it should be removed, as now a graphical scheme covering both mechanisms is available.

hydroxylation: R₂NCH₃ + [O] → R₂NCH₂OH

loss of formaldehyde: R₂NCH₂OH → R₂NH + CH₂O
