"Progressive"

This word needs explaining as to precisely what it means in this context. I'm bisexual myself (though not American) and don't have a clue! 86.132.138.248 (talk) 16:27, 23 November 2009 (UTC)\

I can't speak on behalf of the organization, but I will try to answer your question Re the use of the term "Progressive" in this context. I believe the term is simply used to refer to any man who does not identify as "gay" or "bisexual," but who is, nonetheless, open-minded enough to create bonds of brotherhood with men who do identify themselves as such. It's meant to imply that we welcome anyone who demonstrates a sincere desire to join our ranks; and to evoke inclusivity rather than exclusivity. Hope that helps.

Hello fellow Wikipedians,

I have just added archive links to one external link on Delta Lambda Phi. Please take a moment to review my edit. If necessary, add {{cbignore}} after the link to keep me from modifying it. Alternatively, you can add {{nobots|deny=InternetArchiveBot}} to keep me off the page altogether. I made the following changes:

History discretion

If you go on the official DLP website, the history about the birth of the fraternity is a much different story. I would advise the authors of this to either familiarize themselves with the history claimed by the actual organization, and/or speak with leaders of the fraternity. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 69.159.18.104 (talk) 18:29, 11 June 2016 (UTC)

Convention listings

We would like the wikipedia entry to reflect the year and city of our fraternity's Annual National Conventions. So to whomever keeps deleting them, please stop. Thx. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Adamsteckel (talkcontribs) 22:53, 13 January 2014 (UTC)

Why should that be included? Find a WP:RS and please read about having a WP:COI. Grayfell (talk) 22:57, 13 January 2014 (UTC)
These listings are still unsourced. There is no way to verify them, and they're awfully trivial for a general audience encyclopedia. I'm going to remove them again, and I don't think they should be restored until, at the very least, they have a reliable source. Wikipedia is WP:NOT a hosting service, and this is not a good place to try and keep information like this. Grayfell (talk) 01:07, 26 January 2014 (UTC)
