Is it fair to say "Announced ... as a replacement for WebDAV; DeltaSync has made the older protocol obsolete"? DeltaSync is proprietary MS, so surely WebDAV will continue to be used by many people?

I removed that portion. WebDAV is used extensively by Subversion. The author probably meant to say that HTTPMail, the protocol the Outlook Express uses to talk to hotmail, and which runs on top of WebDAV, would be rendered obsolete. Andareed (talk) 05:36, 15 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Specs?

I know that this is Microsoft, but are they planning to provide an API or open protocol for third-party apps, or is it Exchange all over again?--87.162.61.166 (talk) 13:44, 4 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]
