Men's commission
[edit]I am yet to find any sources which criticised her role in support of Men's commission. I just read the sources and I there have been no mention of subject's name in any article or book. There have been criticisms of such 'ideas' but she is neither criticised nor Men's commission is her born baby. In this case, I have not find any details about subject or rebuttal of her ideas or campaigning. These all details should be just moved to the page of National Commission for Men. -- Harshil want to talk? 05:52, 22 January 2020 (UTC)
- I fail to see why we need to fetch sources, that specifically criticize her roles in MRA. We are not writing a summary-style biographical outline; and that we are allowed to tackle her views, mentioning the mainstream scholarship on those issues is warranted per WP:ACHIEVE NPOV. ∯WBGconverse 10:00, 22 January 2020 (UTC)
- Winged Blades of Godric, I am still asking for the sources in which mainstream scholarship have condemned her support. My point is as simple as that. Harshil want to talk? 11:46, 22 January 2020 (UTC)
- Also, I can see that the paragraph you added namely critics note that, doesn't criticise her views and I miserably failed to search her name in the source. I am pinging @Nizil Shah: and @Ms Sarah Welch: for their opinion on the matter. Harshil want to talk? 11:51, 22 January 2020 (UTC)
- That's a strawman query.
- For example, our article about Gary Null notes that:-
... Null has been also a supporter of touch therapy and magnet therapy - both of which have been long determined to not provide any tangible health benefits.[35][36][37][38][39][40][41]...
Most of the citations have nothing to do with Garry, but rather provides support for the second part of the sentence. - It's irrational to expect mainstream scholarship to mention every fringe-activist by name while debunking their bunkum. ∯WBGconverse 12:16, 22 January 2020 (UTC)
- I agree with WBG. There is no article on Men's commission. So criticism of Commission or such idea of her should be included here IMO.-Nizil (talk) 12:22, 22 January 2020 (UTC)
