Died from bronchopneumonia at the age of 93 - sounds normal to me. How old do you think a person should be before their body wears out? Him and thousands of others pass on at a similar age, and usually under the banner "natural causes", rather than through something which can attract such controversy. This sounds like a typical example of blame culture - if not, please tell me why he should be considered a different case, and how you justify writing a whole Wikipedia article in order to explain it?
