I am taking off the categories labelling this case as murder as this is not certain and the case is currently sub judice. Please see further discussion on this issue under the Max Stuart case.--Jack Upland 00:16, 14 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Acquital

[edit]

Undid vandalism attributing today's acquital to the justice system being 'a joke'. Euchrid (talk) 04:51, 24 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

"MURDER" heading needs to be deleted

Murder conviction has been overturned - suicide suggested as a possibility. 121.222.43.174 (talk) 05:07, 24 February 2012 (UTC) ~Yeah by her murder who got away with it because of inept police. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 40.131.156.70 (talk) 02:01, 17 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]

It was suicide then. So why the crime navbox ? -Sticks66 13:23, 24 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Suicide categories

[edit]

I've removed the suicide categories as it has not been determined to be suicide. The Court of Appeal said that suicide had not been excluded. It did not rule out the possibility that Wood killed her, just that it had not been proven beyond reasonable doubt. It also did not rule out the possibility of murder by someone else. I've also removed the link to "miscarriages of justice" because there is no consensus that this was a miscarriage of justice.--Jack Upland (talk) 01:33, 27 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]
