Shouldn't "History" go before "Examples"? Margalob (talk) 21:48, 21 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Inappropriateness of this article

[edit]

While the list of joke cycles is quite thorough, some joke cycles are not articles thmselves in Wikipedia. These include Chernobyl and Challenger joke cycles possibly because of the tragedy of the events and Jew and Polack joke cycles, I assume because they are politically incorrect and racist. Jokes that can be found in Wikipedia can then be told and spread further. Dead baby jokes are worse in general than most sick and offensive jokes. I recommend that this article be cancelled or that, at the very least, the examples are erased. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Daviddaniel37 (talkcontribs) 16:59, 12 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]

@Daviddaniel37 examples should not be erased just Because YOU find them offensive. it's there and it will stay. 2600:8800:8106:5900:34A2:8E04:A890:D78F (talk) 14:03, 5 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Recent example I added apparently not constructive?

[edit]

I recently added to the examples section the following:

"Welcome to Pete's Pizzeria and Abortion Clinic, where yesterday's loss is today's sauce!"

However, that edit was reverted for "not appearing constructive". Could someone please explain why it isn't? I'm pretty sure that it is, in fact, an example of a dead baby joke.
