Did a bunch of copy editing including removing a bunch of inline external links. Some were to commercial sites and some were to photos of a craft. I did not remove links that might arguably be called references, although I converted them to inline citations. The citations on this article are pretty poor; quite a few are old adverts. Reformatted and sorted the craft lists; they should probably be in prose, but I don't know enough about the subject to do it. Also took a stab at making a lead out of one of the paragraphs.
