This article cites only two sources, the first of which [1] clearly does not meet WP:RS - see the disclaimer at the end. Much of the content is unsourced, and per WP:BLP thus liable to be removed. I would assume that even if English-language sources cannot be found, such sources should be readily available if the article is at all accurate.
