Incorrect reference that does not support a claim

The arXiv link goes to a paper written not by Sill et al., but instead by Wolpert himself titled "Physical limits of inference". I suggest the sentence be deleted. 198.4.83.52 (talk) 16:14, 12 April 2023 (UTC)
