[edit]It would be more accurate to say the Harvard Mountaineering Club (HMC) party (including David Roberts) was the first to summit Denali via the Wickersham Wall. Hans Gmoser's party was the first to ascend the Wickersham Wall, but they were not able to continue on to the summit of Denali and retreated via a different route. The HMC party took a different route up the Wickersham Wall; the two routes are known as the Canadian Route and the Harvard Route. The wall itself is some 3 miles wide, so the routes are quite different. Sources:

Article title
[edit]I believe the title of the entry should be changed to David Roberts (author). This would be less confusing to readers and also more accurate, as Roberts was far better known as an author than as a mountain climber. 72.178.251.178 (talk) 21:03, 15 August 2022 (UTC)
