Not only is this editor attempting to have all of these article blanked, this editor is not providing reasoning for the attempt to have the article deleted. Note: InaMaka doesn't mention just what those 'different set of rules' might be, which makes it difficult (along with his/her other recent edits) to assume good faith. Furthermore, Arbor832466 has changed her 'Speedy Delete' requests to 'Merge' requests after a brief discussion on the important differences.
