Regaridng MOS:NICKNAME, should "Pasta" be added in quotation marks in between David and Pastrňák in the intro?
While it is stated in the article that he is known by the nickname "Pasta", I do not believe he is known enough and only by this name to warrant it being added in quotation marks at the top of the page, which is what MOS:NICKNAME requires. While pages like P.K. Subban have short forms of their names in bold, other hockey players like Johnny Gaudreau do not. However, Gaudreau does have a redirect from Johnny Hockey to his page and there is a short description of his nickname in the intro. I believe a redirect would be okay, or a short description near the top, however, I do not believe there are enough people who are googling Pasta looking for this hockey player to warrant a redirect at most. However, if the consensus is to add the nickname is quotations I won't be against it. HickoryOughtShirt?4 (talk) 05:43, 8 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]
