[edit]David Li is being investigated by the SEC for insider trading, in relation to News Corp's takeover of Dow Jones. Though he has not yet been formally charged, this is a serious matter that should be watched for this article. [1] Earthlyreason 08:29, 5 August 2007 (UTC)
On Feb 5, 2008, the Wall Street Journal reported that Mr. David Li settled the case with the SEC, together with three others for $24 million.

- Support - per Wikipedia's manual of style, we generally do not use 'sir' or other honorifics in article titles. Terraxos (talk) 16:22, 14 August 2008 (UTC)
- Support, for the reason which Terraxos stated. JEdgarFreeman (talk) 14:13, 15 August 2008 (UTC)
- Support. If David Li were ambiguous, this might be one solution; but it redirects here. Septentrionalis PMAnderson 15:04, 15 August 2008 (UTC)
- "David Li Kwok-Po" is definitely a better alternative, if dab is needed. --supernorton 19:36, 15 August 2008 (UTC)
