You need an article on David T. Bazelon

[edit]

Could you tell me something about David T. Bazelon, a writer and social critic who was associated with the New York Intellectuals of the mid-20th century? I am only finding out now that he and the judge were different people. The Times obit says he was the judge's nephew. There should at least be an indication that he existed in Wikipedia. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 173.162.253.101 (talk) 20:58, 13 June 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Feud with Burger

[edit]

The Durham case was decided in 1954. How could it set off a "feud" between Bazelon and Burger when Burger was not appointed to the D. C. Circuit until 1956?71.209.253.106 (talk) 22:26, 20 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]
