The Truth
[edit]How about mentioning his role in the science fiction film, Freejack? Surely this was more memorable than Pete Pete?
Another compilation
[edit]I remember some years ago seeing some CD with a title something along the lines of "From pumps to Pompadours" and it had 3 photos of David on the cover, one circa about 1973, one about 1978, and one about 1988. Is this an official album, or some cheap knock-off? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 41.245.129.53 (talk) 17:00, 30 December 2007 (UTC)
Please crop the photo in the infobox
[edit]Please will someone crop all the space above the subject in the infobox? It's awful. --Leahtwosaints (talk) 19:57, 7 October 2009 (UTC)

Zat You, Santa Claus?
[edit]Poindexter's second hit after Hot Hot Hot was a cover of Louis Armstrong's "Zat You, Santa Claus?" It would be one of the places where Poindexter would be best known. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XEP2IrByImw - Keith D. Tyler ¶ 20:50, 23 October 2016 (UTC)
Misspellings
[edit]Just for the "Johanson" typo, I'm seeing likely misspellings of his name in various articles, including Platform shoe, Ralph Carney, Marc Almond, Candy Mountain, and The Adventures of Pete & Pete, among others. They need to be examined to make sure it's the same David Johans[e|o]n being mentioned. Then check for "Johanssen" and "Johansson", too. — SMcCandlish ☏ ¢ 😼 01:24, 13 June 2018 (UTC)
