Shouldn't be controversial, but redir has edit history, so move requires admin intervention (possibly including merging in the history of the one content edit from the redir's history). I created this disambiguation when I noticed there were two David Hardys, and I tried to follow the Wikipedia guidelines, (but if the ambiguity can be resolved by a simpler means, including fairly linking from both 'Dave' and 'David' - which I assume both Hardys can use - then I'm happy to support the change.)
