Death
[edit]How is it that there is only the briefest mention of his death, and no information as to how or why? He died before the age of 50, and I believe that is of significance. ---Charles 17:42, 8 September 2006 (UTC)
Also, where is the citation that he died of cirrhosis of the liver? I've found two places that claim he died of a "cerebral vascular accident" i.e. he was mugged... jasker 06:03, 23 July 2007 (UTC)
Mention that he died of cirrhosis of the liver has been deleted and information concerning his death from a stroke has been added, along with links to the photographs of the death certificate. Cleverbabe (talk) 13:08, 24 October 2009 (UTC)
- It is also that he died while shoveling snow: obviously an incomplete sentence; but given all the other suspicious redactions to his biography, one is reluctant to delete anything. Will add said in appropriate place, and leave it otherwise as it is.

Bibliography
[edit]Why aren't the listings in the Bibliography section in chronological order, or alphabetical order? The current order makes no sense, and isn't explained if it's meaningful.
