Completed a major updatge

Wow, this article was really dated. e.g. referred to his most recent book on the Great Barrier Reef but that was published over a decade ago. I have updated it with several new citations, all from 2016. Peter K Burian (talk) 16:48, 11 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]
