The page David Bell shows this guy as being Irish. This article shows his place of birth as being Kettering in England. Which is correct? I thought it may be easier to rename:

David Bell (footballer) -> David Bell (Irish footballer)
David Bell (Luton Town footballer) -> David Bell (English footballer)
