Earlier History Omitted

[edit]

David Kennedy had a history of juvenile delinquency that preceded his father's death. I recall reading a magazine article, published shortly after RFK's assassination, describing the talk that RFK and David had after the latter was charged with throwing a rock at a streetlight. Amongst 11 children, it is not uncommon to lose track of one or more. John Paul Parks (talk) 17:52, 16 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Primary topic?

[edit]

Robert F. Kennedy's son may well be the primary topic in the USA, but for the English, Irish, Scots, Australians and New Zealanders (who all have a prominent figure also named David Kennedy), this may not be true. I suggest to make David Kennedy the disambiguation page. —capmo (talk) 13:18, 7 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Declined speedy

[edit]

@SNUGGUMS: I've declined the speedy on this one since it's kind of like the other one. There's enough of a weak assertion of notability here to where this wouldn't really be a good, clean speedy candidate. A lot of the article is just material brought in from other notable siblings, but there are one or two sources/claims that could argue for some notability. This is another one where you could either redirect it or take it to AfD. His death seems to be the only thing he's really known for, other than being a Kennedy and the scandal doesn't appear to be major enough to where I think this would be kept on that basis. I'd redirect this myself but I do want to give you the opportunity to decide which way you want to go. Tokyogirl79 (。◕‿◕。) 09:42, 10 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Tokyogirl79 - This article sources Tumblr as a reference, which is not a reliable reference. Can you fix that? Cheers. CookieMonster755 (talk) 15:00, 13 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]
