Proposed Major Edit

Full disclosure, I am David Cherry's daughter, as named in the article. Due to the fact that David Cherry is in the midst of pulling together his official website, has published an extensive autobiography on said website, and the last edit for this page was in 2016, I propose making a major edit for this article using the autobiography as its basis, supplemented with several more sources, including:
