Birthplace ambiguity

[edit]

According to his bio on congress.org, Dave Jones was born in Chicago. - http://www.congress.org/bio/id/141991 - The article asserts that he was born in Philadelphia. // Internet Esquire (talk) 02:09, 12 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

FFU

[edit]

An image was uploaded through WP:FFU, . It was placed in the infobox, but I undid that, as I am of the opinion that the new image is of a lesser quality than the old one. Interested parties can choose what to do from here, I'm just letting you know. Sven Manguard Talk 05:12, 22 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

The decision was made to use the above photo as the profile photo in the infobox. Go4thProsper (talk) 00:08, 1 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Photo

[edit]

I have a photo that can be used on this page. It along with all other California photos can be fairly used (see all other Cali statewide office holdeers). I have had some issues uploading it though. Can someone please upload it and place it on this page? Thanks. http://www.insurance.ca.gov/0500-about-us/0200-commissioner/0300-photo-gallery/ --Politicsislife (talk) 04:47, 6 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Should info be removed?

[edit]

A template banner was place within the article nearly 2 years ago asking editors to add RS citations and references for the factual information written in the article. Few if any such citations have been added. After two years of notice, should the uncited material be deleted from the article? Go4thProsper (talk) 12:51, 10 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Many of the details in this article are unsourced and probably don’t belong there in the first place. This is particularly true for legislative accomplishments in state assembly. If there is no WP:RS coverage, they shouldn’t be listed on the page. Being listed on his own website does meet Wiki criterion. Go4thProsper (talk) 20:35, 4 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]
