[edit]Hey, sorry if my edits on this page seemed a little harsh but I do have to question whether this page really meets Wikipedia's notability guidelines. Darren and Brose is probably worthy of mention as a piece of C31's history, but the page as it is doesn't read like encyclopedic content, it reads like promotion for the performers involved. To keep Wikipedia, and for that matter C31 and its alumni, looking professional we need to avoid that.
I personally would be inclined to merge this page into a larger list-style article, as I think while the show deserves a mention somewhere it does not warrant a full page. I certainly feel that a separate biographical page for the performers is not warranted. Most sources used on this page are primary sources which don't meet Wikipedia's standards for referencing. I did go looking for other references but couldn't really find much mention of them.
Does anyone else have an opinion on this? I'm about to start working on some other community TV related pages, so if anyone else is also working on that kind of thing, I'd love to hear your thoughts.

- This page appears to be about a team of notable creative professionals/entertainers. I'd say they qualify as 'notable' according to wiki as either together or individually they are referenced as creating 'significant new concepts' and a 'significant, well known body of work' across multiple broadcasters including community and commercial broadcasting, and have been 'nominated for and won awards'. Flicking back through the history, the references have improved over time but still requires more in some areas. The page has existed for over 6 years so I'd say there's a reason for that.--Channelegoiste (talk) 05:43, 4 August 2012 (UTC)
- This page does have a large number of secondary sources throughout. Seems to satisfy notability guidelines. --Ozcomedyfan1974 (talk) 07:19, 4 August 2012 (UTC)
- Secondary references are definitely present all through this page. Merging the page into a list is only going to result in multiple pages, as this page isn't just about a single show or person.--S.walker1977 (talk) 07:49, 4 August 2012 (UTC)
- There are multiple varied secondary references. The page seems warranted. Between freeview and foxtel I'm watching C31 less these days, but I'll be interested to follow your community TV pages.--Fonzy77 (talk) 01:45, 5 August 2012 (UTC)
- All good here. Compliant and on track. --Liv4evr99 (talk) 14:35, 8 August 2012 (UTC)
Agree with [Nix6], this reads very biased. For instance the inclusion of Hamish & Andy "Along with Radio Karate (Ryan Shelton and Hamish & Andy), Darren & Brose were nominated as finalists" is unwarranted and seems an attempt to provide more credibility to the pair. The article lists unspecified improvements made by Chau that apparently was responsible for Nine winning the ratings?
