Widely called a cinder pit, this source mentions only pumice production. Meanwhile this states "cinder" is a term for scoria, and that scoria should not be confused with pumice. So how should we technically describe the product(s) of this mine if "cinder" is colloquial? Input from a geologist would be helpful.----Pontificalibus13:15, 29 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]
