Unreliable sources and notability

The majority of this article relies on self-published (LinkedIn) and unreliable (Forbes list) sources. It looks like the removal of these sources may bring back earlier discussion of notability and conflict of interest. However, it looks like the user who first created this article (User:Justynazander) is now banned.
