The article has been built the wrong way round -- it's an article for someone whose primary claim to notability is as the co-founder of an organisation which doesn't have its own article, with the result that the article is all about the organisation.
A good case can be made for the notability of Danzine
Teresa Dulce is a nom-de-plume. Legal / public name is now Joanna Berton Martinez (eg: see https://mimi.pnca.edu/a/4767).
As Martinez, she doesn't appear to pass the notability bar. As Dulce, she does feature in Fugitives and Refugees by Chuck Pahluniak, but it was during her tenure at Danzine, and her notability separate/separable from Danzine appears low.
Mona Superhero is now a duct tape artist but doesn't appear to pass the notability bar.
If the organisational article existed first, then both Dulce and Mona Superhero could and should have biographic information included.
From what I saw of the sources, this seems like a very good idea indeed! And if one or both of them becomes independently notable later, it can always be spun off, but for now this would be the better way to cover the bio information, I agree. Thanks Hydronium Hydroxide.
