Yeah I would like to know as well. He's one of my favorite wrestlers, and I'm very interested in his future. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 69.208.149.131 (talk • contribs) 01:38, 3 July 2006
Danny Basham is actually the "OVW Trouble Shooter" of the OVW TV Show. This means that he can direct the show. He is playing a babyface gimmick. ~~ Krys3000 — Preceding unsigned comment added by 86.216.22.1 (talk • contribs) 20:15, 3 December 2006 Danny currently lives in Florida and is pursuing a career in personal training and attending college. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Badkat2007 (talk • contribs) 01:16, 15 October 2009
Danny and daug
[edit]are they really brothers — Preceding unsigned comment added by 204.111.115.191 (talk • contribs) 13:20, 4 October 2006
Not at all, it's just a gimmick :) ~~ Krys3000 — Preceding unsigned comment added by 86.216.22.1 (talk • contribs) 20:16, 3 December 2006
Correct the initial text
[edit]Today I corrected the initial text because it was written that Danny Basham actually acts for ECW. That's not true, he is back on OVW and is the OVW Trouble Shooter, a General Manager-like. Someone deleted my correction and re-wrote the mistake. Can I Know why ? ~~ Krys3000 — Preceding unsigned comment added by 86.216.22.1 (talk • contribs) 20:19, 3 December 2006
EDIT by Krys3000 : Never Mind, the problem is fixed. Someone corrected once again. Wierd. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 86.216.22.1 (talk • contribs) 20:22, 3 December 2006
Gail Kim?
[edit]Is Danny still dating Gail Kim? (MgTurtle 02:37, 28 July 2007 (UTC)). Danny never dated Gail. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Badkat2007 (talk • contribs) 01:16, 15 October 2009 (UTC)

Daniel Hollie → Danny Basham – This is the name Hollie performed during his televised appearances from 2003 to 2007, the period in which he received his greatest exposure. This will allow more direct linking. --Relisted. -- tariqabjotu 04:17, 3 September 2013 (UTC) McPhail (talk) 20:58, 23 August 2013 (UTC)
- Support as nominator. McPhail (talk)
- Oppose Another case of the most-used ring name (Damaja) vs the WWE one (Basham). It's like a pound of feathers against a pound of lead, and his real name works well as a balance. All his major TV in 2007 was as Damaja, by the way. Also held more significant titles as The Damaja. InedibleHulk (talk) 23:29, 23 August 2013 (UTC)
- Is the OVW Heavyweight Championship really more significant than the WWE Tag Team Championship, though? McPhail (talk) 20:08, 24 August 2013 (UTC)
- I think so. Especially four of them. Means he was the top guy in the promotion for a good while. Quite significant to his career. Tag team reigns are nice, but don't mean as much as far as real responsibility. Many, many wrestlers get tag titles. Doesn't make them the man, just a man. Not so much about how many viewers saw him, but the way they saw him. Danny Basham was a mad goof, subservient to Doug, Shaniqua and JBL. This brief gimmick is not a proper representation of his overall story, and naming the article after it would be misleading. InedibleHulk (talk) 22:30, 24 August 2013 (UTC)
- Oppose - Article should stay at current title due to their being no clear common name for the subject. He was only on WWE TV for a short time as Danny Basham and then wrestled under other names/gimmicks for ECW, OVW and TNA among the many indys. It would be WP:UNDUE to name the article after gimmick he used for such a limited amount of not that significant time. STATic message me! 23:46, 24 August 2013 (UTC)
- He didn't work for ECW, under any name. Unless you mean the WWE brand, in which case he was still "Danny Basham". InedibleHulk (talk) 22:33, 26 August 2013 (UTC)
- Yes I meant the WWE brand, I guess I forgot that his identity as Paul Heyman's security guards was ever revealed/mentioned on WWE TV, according to the article it never was. Either way, it is irrelevant to the discussion, the short time there would not sway the common name to Danny Basham. STATic message me! 22:40, 26 August 2013 (UTC)
- Actually, you and the article are right about them not being identified on TV. That period is a bit foggy to me, and I let house show results influence my memory. Still irrelevant, yes. InedibleHulk (talk) 22:21, 27 August 2013 (UTC)
