Cubs Manger? Not yet.
[edit]I want to cut this off at the pass, I am relatively new [to editing Wikipedia] but I know that Wikipedia is not a rumor mill. Dale Sveum is RUMORED to be the next Cubs' manager, but until he is announced, he's still the Brewers' hitting coach, which should be reflected in his infobox and lead-in. I just wanted to clear that up. I hope Dale gets the job if that's what he wants but Wikipedia isn't a crystal ball, as we all know. So please, I'm asking you nicely, leave the article as-is, or at the most add the reports in his Coaching Career section.
I'd suggest,
"On November 16th 2011 the Chicago Cubs reportedly offered their managerial job to Dale Sveum.[1]" [without quotes] --173.48.154.73 (talk) 18:09, 17 November 2011 (UTC)

Sounds rather subjective
[edit]From the section entitled Playing Career :"He was never the same player after the incident, and was replaced on the Milwaukee roster by Gary Sheffield." The first half of that sentence sounds rather subjective and needs revising or removal. — Preceding unsigned comment added by AutomaticStrikeout (talk • contribs) 22:09, 26 April 2012 (UTC)
