Early work on a Ricoh GR1?
[edit]In this edit, readers were told that Moriyama is or was "Known for shooting much of his early work with a small point and shoot camera, the Ricoh Gr-1."
This camera was released in late 1996. That's well over thirty years after Moriyama started photography.
I therefore deleted this new addition. -- Hoary 00:12, 3 April 2007 (UTC)
For the Citation someone can look here: http://www.culturevulture.net/ArtandArch/Moriyama.htm 66.8.207.233 03:31, 7 May 2007 (UTC)
- Thank you. We'd write something like:
- Lazere, Arthur. "Daido Moriyama: Stray Dog". Culturevulture.net, n.d.
- But whatever this citation might back up, it wouldn't be Moriyama's use of any Ricoh camera: "Ricoh" isn't mentioned. -- Hoary 03:48, 7 May 2007 (UTC)
My apologies. I was referring to this sentence: Among the artists to have influenced Moriyama are Andy Warhol, William Klein and the Japanese writer Yukio Mishima.[citation needed] IHis influence is given in the third paragraph. I think that was your fact tag as well... 66.8.207.233 18:21, 8 May 2007 (UTC)
