Method:
1. Boil the milk.
2. After boiling let it cool down a bit to a warm temperature.
3. In a cup take some of this warm milk and add the curd and stir it well. Add this mixture to whole milk.
4. Place it in a warm place for 5-6 hours. During this period do not move the container. It may take longer in cold climate.
5. After curd is set, put the container in refrigerator.
