Zabeel Road

[edit]

I think there is a mistake in the article. D 73 is not Zabeel Road. Zabeel Road (D 84) runs from Bastakia along Dubai Creek, then turns toward Al Karama and ends up in Zabeel next to Zabeel Park. I think "Zabeel Road" should be removed from this article. Also, I do not think that D 73 technically runs all the way to Oud Metha Road. I think it stops at the Trade Centre Roundabout. No, I don't think so...Zabeel Road is D 73 [1] and doesn't really run along the creek..Al Seef road (D 84), does however, and then it merges with Umm Hurair near Karama (it ceases to be D 84 after it merges). Thanks AreJay (talk) 12:50, 23 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]
I got confused. There are two Zabeel Roads. The one that is a part of D 73 is called "2nd Zabeel Road" [2]. There is another "Zabeel Road" which is a part of D 84 that runs past Sheikh Rashid Road and ends up alongside Zabeel Park [3]. We should clarify which Zabeel Road is a part of D 73. You're right..I'll make the change. I had actually never heard of a "2nd Zabeel Road" in Dubai prior to this...I guess you learn something new every day. AreJay (talk) 13:41, 24 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]
