With this behavior the Wikipedia shows how interestead in spreading the knowledge through all the world it is... (Blocking foreign links, even if the administrators, due to theirs complete ignorance, don´t know what says the site linked)

We don't link to Non-English sites on the English Wikipedia. It doesn't make sense. If you can provide a citation from any site, IN ENGLISH, and it meets wp:links and wp:rs then by all means, include it. It doesn't matter whether it is Portugese, Spanish, French or whatever, information is expected to be in English for the English Wikipedia.   - Furthermore, requiring references to be in English closes off a huge amount of material. Are we simply supposed to not write about the rest of the world until someone gets around to doing so in English? Are we supposed to not link to a large Japanese corporation's site because it's in Japanese? Do we not link to French government sites because they are in French?     - Look, I'm not going to debate Wikipedia policy here. I didn't yell at anyone, but I do remember tags getting replaced without talk or summary, which is not kosher. It isn't personal. It couldn't be, I don't know you. As to the link, if the article is a couple of sentences and the only citation is in a foreign language, then yes, I would still say it should be deleted.       - All-caps has long been considered yelling in text environments. Biting newbies by calling their articles spammy while citing non-existent English-only policies is far worse than a person who doesn't know better removing a few tags.
