The article seems as though the writer wanted to propose Cyril rafaelli. No quotes or citations next to words like "the greatest" etc.

... "Cyril Raffaelli is one of the best martial arts talents to hail from France. Seeing his performance in Jet Li's Kiss of the Dragon, it is obviously seen that Cyril was influenced by the Chinese martial arts. An expert in shotokan karate and wushu, Cyril has been a regular in films with Luc Besson. He played a karate instructor in the sequel Taxi 2. he also appeared in a film called Mortal Transfer before getting his breakthrough role as the superkicking twin Jet Li faces off against in Kiss of the Dragon. He also appears briefly in another Besson-scripted film, The Transporter. If he is good at speaking English, it would be great to see him get a lead role in a martial arts film here in America because of his good looks and awesome martial arts skills.
