Many of the photographs associated with this article are...not up to snuff. Does no one have a free photo of a Cypripedium parviflorum that is 1) accurately colored 2) not a photo of a stunted or dead flower?128.12.79.87 (talk) 06:10, 11 April 2008 (UTC)
There are two different counts for the number of species in this article:
>Cypripedium is a genus of 47 species
>There are approximately 356 species in this genus
