Because CISA is nearly an identical organization save for the name and designation as an agency, I propose we merge these two pages. William Graham talk 20:15, 23 March 2019 (UTC)
Agreed! CISA has taken over all of the functions of NPPD, and NPPD no longer exists.

formed in 2018, but has 2017 staff
