Clean up required

[edit]

This page needs cleaning up. The images from Japanese cutlets are obscuring the section on Australian and Russian cutlet. Is there really a need to have three pictures of Japanese cutlets when there are no pictures of any other style of cutlet? Also, the pics are displayed such that you can't even see the "edit" hyperlink for the Australian and Russian section. Please fix this up. Thanks.

Cotoletta alla Minanese in Theory and Practice

[edit]

I am from Milan and I don't remember having _EVER_ seen a cotoletta with rib. The name implies rib, but my impression is that it's just a breaded steak or basically any other flat, boneless cut, about half as thick as a Wienerschnitzel, and otherwise indistinguishable. In fact, I think it's a very good technique for passing one cut for another. Considering that the whole article is basically unsourced I'll wait a bit, then rectify based on the dreaded "original research". — Preceding unsigned comment added by 93.33.106.57 (talk) 17:59, 20 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Information should be added to 'Austrian cuisine' and 'German cuisine' sections

[edit]

In my opinion, information needs to be added to the 'Austrian cuisine' and 'German cuisine' sections to maintain consistency within the article (all other country cuisine sections have writing in them, not just a hyperlink). Xboxsponge15 (talk) 22:06, 30 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]
