Constitution Mix-up
Under "Religion today" it speaks about a 2002 constitution and links to a State Department article, but the article is related to the consitution of the Republic of Congo (Congo-Brazzaville).
So the rights mentioned are not related the DRC, but to the Republic of Congo.
I'll test out my (very limited) French and see if the new DRC constitution has similar freedoms;
Until then I will remove the sentence related to constitution freedoms, until this can be resolved.
Other then that the article looks great.
Nice work Xed.

- Clarified. I think i was able to work it, despite not being a French speaker, - Xed 09:23, 4 September 2005 (UTC)
The article is incomplete, and poorly written. Nevertheless, it's better than many "Culture of" articles for Western and developed countries. This gives me some hope. The articles for Culture of France (a well-known 'Old World' culture), Culture of the United States (the home of many en. editors), and Culture of Japan (appealing to the tech literate set) are the standards that I am aiming for. Many people suffer from the delusion than you can find any information on the internet - in fact, the internet just magnifies the interests of internet users. The WP:CSB project is not working too well, because the aim of getting information which is not already on the internet is not emphasised. - Xed 22:34, 15 September 2005 (UTC)

Delisted GA
I am sorry to inform the editors of this article that I am boldly delisting it from WP:GA. Here are some things to improve the article:
- The GA criteria requires in-line citations to cite statistics, quotes, controversial information, and to guard against original research.
- The suggested merges need to be performed or removed, whatever the consensus is.
- The lead needs to summarize all the main points of the article.
Once these are taken care of, the article can be renominated at WP:GAN. If anyone has any questions, they can contact me on my talk page. Thanks. Nikki311 01:52, 10 June 2008 (UTC)
Dress and fashion question
In this section, the following information is given:
For women, the typical clothing today is a wrap made of elephant skin
I doubt this. Is "elephant skin" just a name for a particular printed cloth? Is this simply vandalism? What?
I don't have an answer.

Never mind. I found the same text offered at "experiencefestival," which credits Wikipedia as its source. There it said "printed cloth" so I interpret that to mean that the Wiki article was hit by vandalism. I have no idea how to identify any other problems on the page, so I hope someone who knows the material will check for other outrageous information. Ed8r (talk) 20:56, 8 April 2010 (UTC)
