The links are inappropriate. See WP:NOT

  1. This link: PhreshPhunk- indie arts & culture events blog doesn't even go anywhere, and it is just useless clutter that should not go on the article under any circumstances whatsoever. Dead link is a dead link. There's no information to be had from a dead link.
  2. This link: Philadelphia Events and Activities was added by Daphnekraus (talk · contribs · deleted contribs · logs · filter log · block user · block log), and it leads to a personal blog which has the introduction:

"Welcome to Destination Philadelphia. I'm Daphne Kraus and I love Philadelphia. Whether your (sic) are traveling to Philadelphia for the weekend or you've lived here all of your life, this site has your inside scoop on Philadelphia..." What we have here is a WP:COI self-promotion. That's a no-no. The blog is nice, but it would have to be absolutely stupendous to overcome the problems we have here. It's just an average blog. And for review: (1) blogs aren't considered to be reliable sources in average cases and (2) don't post links to your own blog on Wikipedia, please. In short, Medvedenko is right on both counts.OfficeGirl 07:44, 13 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]
