I have completed the table, now listing ALL the Cruizer Class brigs. They appear in order of the date upon which each was ordered, and I have inserted the exact launch date for each. Rif Winfield (talk) 23:58, 24 March 2008 (UTC)
C. C. Forester quote
[edit]The quotation from Forester's "The Age of Fighting Sail" is entirely out of place in the context of the Cruizer class brig-sloops. Forester made his remark in relation to the miniscule gun-brigs of under 200 tons. In the final chapter of the same book, Forester does refer to the Cruizer class brig-sloops, and was considerably more complementary about the latter than in regard to the gun-brigs, although noting that the quality of training of their crews had not improved. The quotation given in this article is thus misleading, and out of context, and it should be moved to an article dealing with the gun-brigs. Rif Winfield (talk) 19:21, 14 December 2010 (UTC)

- The text as it stood clearly did not refer to the subject, and I've removed it. Shem (talk) 10:43, 20 December 2010 (UTC)
