Assess : newly added and existing articles, maybe nominate some good B-class articles for GA; independently assess some as A-class, regardless of GA status.
Cleanup : * Sport governing body (this should-be-major article is in a shameful state) * Field hockey (History section needs sources and accurate information - very vague at the moment.) * Standardize Category:American college sports infobox templates to use same font size and spacing. * Sport in the United Kingdom - the Popularity section is incorrect and unsourced. Reliable data is required.
* Fix project template and/or "to do list" Current version causes tables of content to be hidden unless/until reader chooses "show."

I think a paragragh or two should be devoted to the ever-chaging number and types of events held at the Olympics. I read on the Turin 2006 Winter Olympics page, that cross-country skiing is alternating the styles (classical and freestlye) in certain events after each olympics. If this could be discussed in-depth, I think it would be helpful. Also, it seems that the distances in some events have been lengthened as well as the starts having been modified. Mass starts, interval starts, and pursuits should also be discussed and differentiated.
@Pelmeen10: I notice that some good-faith additions to the US medal count were reverted because they do not reflect "Updated after 2014 Winter Olympics". Is there a plan to do a comprehensive update for the soon-to-be-completed Winter Olympics? User:HopsonRoad16:07, 23 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]
There's no reason to update a single country's medal count. You are more than welcome to update the medal table (last events on 24 and 25 Feb). Doesn't really matter who updates - me, you or somebody else. Thanks. --Pelmeen10 (talk) 16:21, 23 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]
