Start order and start interval

[edit]

The wording "the second competitor started one minute after the first, then all others starter within 30 seconds" is not precise. There was a 30-second start interval between all the starters. 18 km special cross-country and 18 km nordic combined cross-country were held at the same time, and some participated in both competitions while others participated in only one or the other, so apparently it looks like number 2 started one minute after the first. Number 2 was the combined runner Harald Økern, who was not entered for the cross-country race.

I propose the following change of this text, which could preferably be checked by someone: "there was a 30 second start interval (including those who only participated in nordic combined)." Bjarteh (talk) 22:32, 28 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
