2600:8802:C16:A600:4483:93F8:197D:3017 (talk) 17:57, 30 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Lead image

[edit]

There is some discussion over the image to use as lead image. Although there is no written policy, the usual criteria is (as long as we have free images to choose from) to use an image that shows how does the person look like nowadays if the person is alive, and one of how the person looked at the climax of his career once the person dies. For example, if memory serves File:Fidel Castro 2009.jpg was the lead image of Fidel Castro, replaced by File:Fidel Castro - MATS Terminal Washington 1959.jpg when he died. GA concerns

[edit]

I am concerned that this article no longer meets the good article criteria because of the unresolved orange banners about needing updates and NPOV language on her image. Is anyone willing to resolve these concerns, or should this go to WP:GAR? Z1720 (talk) 19:47, 31 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]

There are two orange banners in the article: an "update needed" banner from 2022, and a "NPOV" banner for the "Image" section from 2021. Z1720 (talk) 20:43, 13 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]
