Minsk is not in Ukraine
[edit]Please revise, as Minsk is the capital of Belarus, and not in Ukraine. So crime rate of Minsk is not relevant in this article, unless one makes some kind of comparison between different CIS countries... Paju (talk) 09:45, 3 October 2011 (UTC)
