Numbering of links isn't properly done.

The reference links in this article seem to ignore the first two links, I tried editing and manually do all the linking again but it still ignored them. The first two links can be seen in the reference section but where they appear in the article the number are [3] and [4] and where the 3rd link is given the number [5] appears.
