The redirect was an exercise in ignorance

"Credit tenant lease" has nothing whatsoever to do with a "mortgage loan." In a mortgage loan, the owner of the property pays money out. In a credit tenant lease, the property owner takes money in. BostonBowTie (talk) 04:52, 23 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]

US Centric or international

From the language this subject seems to be exclusively US related. If so, it could do with being templated. If not, perhaps a suggestion where these leases may be found could be included? LessHeard vanU (talk) 15:52, 2 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]
