Contested deletion
[edit]This article should not be speedily deleted for lack of asserted importance because... This is a relatively new group, but for the past few years have been exploding in popularity in Asia. They are actively collaborating with many artists. This page will be further developed in the very near future.--JoshT75580 (talk) 04:17, 25 August 2013 (UTC)
- I've declined it since the assertion that they've worked with notable persons and have charted on iTunes is enough to keep it from getting speedied. HOWEVER this is not enough to keep it from getting deleted via AfD. We need reliable sources to show notability, which this article is currently lacking. The sources appear to be your typical primary sources and such that can't show notability. Things that would show notability would be things such as magazine and newspaper articles that go into detail about the group. Tokyogirl79 (。◕‿◕。) 09:24, 25 August 2013 (UTC)
- Ah- here's the link to the Japanese page. [1] I also want to state that the group having an article on the Japanese Wikipedia doesn't mean that it merits an entry here. Tokyogirl79 (。◕‿◕。) 09:24, 25 August 2013 (UTC)
Thank you for the suggestions, more magazine and newspaper articles to emphasize their noteworthiness will be added in the near future. — Preceding unsigned comment added by JoshT75580 (talk • contribs) 19:34, 25 August 2013 (UTC)
