Technology
[edit]A nice article, but I had hoped to see more technological details. Frequency & modulation? Battery-powered? Vacuum tubes? TIA for any addition! —Preceding unsigned comment added by 15.203.233.79 (talk) 13:16, 4 March 2011 (UTC)
Tone and diction
[edit]This is indeed an interesting article, but the tone is somewhat conversational instead of encyclopedic. In particular, the use of "they" to refer to all sorts of antecedents, some of them quite unclear, detracts from the overall quality of the article. --Piledhigheranddeeper (talk) 17:04, 4 March 2011 (UTC)
- There are 5 instances of the word "they" in the article, and all but one immediately follow a mention of who "they" refers. Which ones do you feel are unclear? Maury Markowitz (talk) 23:32, 6 March 2011 (UTC)
